Am I eligible for a return?
We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Returns on eligible items are accepted within 7 days from the date of receipt. All returns must be shipped in their original status and packaging (including all accompanying certificates received with the order). The return shipping costs and import duties are the buyer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. Made-to-order products are not eligible for return.

Once the artwork is returned and is confirmed to be in the same state it was initially shipped, Eastern Aesthete will issue a refund within 5 business days. Your refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that credit card refund may take up to 10 business days to complete, depending on the processing time of your financial institution. This can vary among credit card issuers.
How to calculate sales tax and customs fees?
Applicable sales tax will be automatically calculated and added to your total at checkout.
If you are exempt from U.S. sales tax, we kindly ask you to email us at contact@EasternAesthete.com with your tax resale certificate, and we’d be happy to assist.
Your purchases may be subject to further import fees or customs duties. These charges are calculated by the third-party shipping provider and are beyond Eastern Aesthete's control. The buyer is responsible for these charges and any refusal to pay is not grounds for return.
How to track my order?
You will receive an email from Eastern Aesthete after your order is confirmed. A tracking number will be included in the email, and you can check the status of your shipment by clicking on the tracking link. You can track the shipment status in your account under the “Order Section.”
What happens if my order is lost or arrives damaged?
Your order is 100% insured. In case something the item is defective, you are eligible for a full refund unless you choose to have it repaired or replaced. In this case, we will organize the repair or the replacement of your item free of any additional charges.
Take photos of the packaging (preferably before opening) and of the actual damage to the product. The more photos we have, the easier it is for us to assist you.

Warranty
All the Eastern Aesthete artists have been carefully curated and certified to only sell works of which they are the creators. Every artwork is sent to the buyer with a certificate of authenticity.
Your order is 100% insured. In case your order is lost or damaged, you are eligible for a full refund unless you opt for a repair or replacement.
