Return Policy

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Returns on eligible items are accepted within 7 days from the date of receipt. All returns must be shipped in their original condition and packaging, including any accompanying certificates received with the order. Return shipping costs and import duties are the buyer’s responsibility. Kindly note that made-to-order products are not eligible for return.

After receiving the returned artwork and confirming it is in its original shipped condition, Eastern Aesthete will process a refund within 5 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please be aware that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days to finalize, depending on your financial institution's processing time.

Please be aware that Eastern Aesthete does not accommodate requests for returns on orders of fine art photography. However, we do accept replacements under the following circumstances:

If your artwork arrives damaged, please send detailed, clearly visible photos of the damage, including images of the packaging, to contact@EasternAesthete.com. These photos must be submitted to Eastern Aesthete no later than seventy-two (72) hours following the indicated delivery date provided by the shipping provider responsible for delivering the order. We will strive to collaborate with you on an alternative solution in most cases, whenever possible.

If one or more of your artworks arrives damaged, please send detailed, clearly visible photos of the damage including images of the packaging to contact@EasternAesthete.com. Additionally, these photos must be submitted to Eastern Aesthete within 7 days from the date of receipt. We will make every effort to cooperate with you to explore solutions.
